I paid my bill and it’s not letting me use data or call or text please help I spoke to someone yesterday they said it take 24 hours it’s been 24 hours please help

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302

If your bill was overdue and o2's system cuts you off @Z12333 it can take up to 72 hours for the payment to clear and the system to turn you back on.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
