Why has my bill gone up by over £2 in a month when it is not due to be re-assessed until next february 2024?

You could take @jonsie's advice above, and spend hours waiting for a sensible answer from O2 CS, or a message back from O2's Social Media Team.  Or you could ask yourself a couple of questions:
