Hey

my phone bill is due today apparently I haven't even had it like 3 weeks and I've cancelled it as it was not a good phone. I shouldn't be paying this bill 

, Am I right? I cancelled in within two weeks of trying it and I have the envelope to send it back which I'm doing Monday,,  Can ANYONE HELP PLEASE

Hi there, your bill is pro-rata so they normal send a bill out in advance. You do have a 14 day cool off period. Once O2 receive the phone back they will sort out any money owing.

Actually. No I don't. Thank goodness and it's two weeks early the bill anyway after I've cancelled this new contract.

Thankyou. I couldn't understand it as only had the phone 16 days and received the bill 2 days after. The 14 days is up but it's still over two weeks early. I've sorted it out with them now anyway.
