I made an order for a monthly sim only contract. I have not received the sim yet but the first bill has been issued already and I have currently 28 days left before my next bill. Assuming I will receive the sim on Wednesday 15 April this means I wil have paid one month fee for 22 days usage. Surely it cannot be normal. Q1: does O2 CS use webchat? Q2: is the contract paid for calendar month or every 4 weeks? I hope I am not going to regret for leaving Vodafone!

I've just had that AND my data allowance has already had some usage.
I see the customer take-on process is just as brain dead as other providers. It's as though part of the IT acceptance testing is not to bother walking through the most important process of all. Unbelievable.
I'm not looking forward to the number transfer.
