Hi there,

 

im really shocked that my bill has increased £5 pm since March? Can you please advise why this is?

it is a big jump for not getting any additional adds on on this service.

The end of March saw the annual price rise from the April bill. This year it was RPI plus 3.9% (around 17.2%) 

You would have signed up to this as it is in the Terms and Conditions and prominently displayed on the Website 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
