As the phones are not manned right now does anyone know how to contact o2 regarding my bill being incorrect? Email, anything really...

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@GetMeThePesiden  The phones are being manned. Customer service is obviously inundated with calls during this crisis, and is most likely understaffed. The nature of your query may not fall into what O2 deems 'urgent', so you may have to wait until things get back to some semblance of normality before you can get your issue resolved. If you still want to try to get through, the best time to call is 8 am.
