Bill Download

I cannot seem to download my bill.  When I click on Download Airtime Bill it opens another tab (02 Companion Login) which is a blank page.  I no longer see Download PDF Bill.

If you're trying on Edge it doesn't work.
You need chrome,Firefox or IE

What browser are you using as there is a known issue with some?

It's possibly an issue for certain accounts. I've just tried on FF Windows 10 and although very slow I could view and download.

Just tried mine.
Took a couple of tries (Windows 7 and Chrome) but got there in the end. First time got a blank page, but closed the page/tab and clicked the link again and it worked.

Hi, I'm using Edge but did not have a problem pre-January 2017 using same Browser.  Have also tried IE (11) & Chrome - same result.  I have Lenovo Ideacentre AIO 700 (Dektop All-in-One) using Wndows 10.  Again, did not have any issues downloading bills prior to January 2017.

They must have fixed the edge issue then as it never used to work - many threads on here reporting the issue.
Yours must be a different issue so give CS a call on 202 to check your account.
