I purchased a data top-up bolt last month as I was waiting for my WiFi to be installed. As I understand, whatever I didn't use gets rolled over to the next month.
I was really surprised to see that I was charged for the 2 bolts on again this month. I'm not sure if I selected a top-up that would be added every month, and if so, how to cancel it.
Otherwise, why am I getting charged multiple times?
If anyone could give me some help on this that would be great!

Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
