Have been on hold for over 3 1/4 hours in total, originally wanted to upgrade but now can't be bothered. It's a shower, unable to get through, it's emabbarsing.

Sad to hear that. People are having a lot of problems lately getting through...however you might find they close at 8pm...Maybe someone else could confirm this...:smileysad:
