It could be the text message you sent was over 160 characters, or included an emoji that didn't / couldn't be converted. 

 

A message is only charged with what you phone sends.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
