This has been mentioned before on the forum but can't see anything that answers it for me.
Yesterday morning I topped up my LG phone by £10 - giving me just over £11 balance.
I did not use the phone all day - no texts, no calls.
I accidentially left it on overnight.
This morning find my balance has shrunk to £6.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi,
Plese contact 02 Customer Services by telephoning them on 4445 {PAYG }from your mobile phone so they can breakdown what you have been charged for.
If its an error they will most likely re instate the lost credit.
Ensure you have a data package if you have a smartphone.
Please would you update your thread once you find out to show it as resolved.

If it's a smartphone it's possible that apps are updating in the background. Do you have mobile/cellular data switched off?

Had online chat with O2 customer service and sorted this out in a few minutes. Turned out to be a relatively simple problem in the end and largely my fault!

It would still help to know what happened as it might help someone else.
