This is probably a stupid question but as i've never had a contract sim before i'm unsure, my current contract runs out on the 1st of july and i was wondering does it stop automatically or do i have to go in person to the o2 shop and let them know i do not want to renew my contract?

Hi its not a stupid question you need to give them 30 days notice so a phone call asap is needed. if you dont contact them it will change into a 30 day rolling contract  and if you want to keep your number you need to ask them for a pac code

Hi,

A question only becmes stupid when its not asked in the first place dude !

Before you cancel your contract maybe take a look at the current deals online or in store.

CPW offer good deals too.

Whatever you decide , take care.

Get your phone unlocked if it isn't already so. It's free whist on contract.
