Search this Forum, you'll find that the Stock Management System employed by O2 is practically non-existent, @Tc4310 - go through any reputable reseller if you want a better deal, so long as O2 Refresh and Switch Up (only available directly from O2, details below) are not important factors in your decision to choose O2.

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want!

You can still order with the likes of Mobile Phones Direct, or Affordablemobiles, as examples, and keep your contract with O2 as a consumer (ie, non-business) user/account, @Tc4310 - so if order status us still uncertain come Monday, take a look at the other options. Only thing to note is a 2-year bundled contract with O2 from a reseller can be more expensive if you need to terminate it before 24months have passed - but all other O2 benefits remain: MyO2, Travel Inclusive (dependent on tariff), Priority, etc.

Keep your options open.
