Have been waiting 72 hours for the credit team to “get back to me”, no way to follow up. Is. O2 always this bad?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It's ridiculous to be honest

There must be an awful lot of new customers if credit checks are taking this long

Or very few staff working on new accounts

Most companies are now automated for credit checks and only referred to humans if further checks are necessary
