Every 14th my bill is produced but this month it isn't and also app shows extra charges, when have 0 spend cap. Tried calling but ABSO.UTE pathetic!!

Please advise

Can you use https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin? to see your bill.

If not it's call or message I'm afraid

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
