Hi can anyone explain why the automated voice when i selected an option does not work --
Get these text mesages for "Toby"!! and i wish not to receive them --
i tel 2220 to have them stopped press the key for option 2 the automated voice just keeps on repeating -- any help appreciated.

Sounds like the ivr is looping. Try a different path to speak to an adviser, they should be able to deal with your request or transfer you directly to marketing to amend your preferences.
