Unless I am missing something, it is incredibly difficult to find out 'how' to inform o2 that I want to end my contract when the renewal is up.
All of o2's 'helpful guides' suggest that I inform o2 30 days prior to the contract ending, how? There are no addresses provided, can I do this online, if not, how long will it take to get confirmation that I can cancel my direct debit.
I'm pretty unimpressed with the lack of help on how to end my contract on it's full term!

As Adam says it's quite easy, but unless you move to Pay and Go or ask for a PAC to move to another network, you will lose your mobile number.
