Auto top-up

I'm having trouble with the auto top-up on my phone. On the top-up date my allowance runs out well before it tops up - sometimes as long as 1.5 hours. Anyone else had this problem?

Someone else on here has had the same problem recently. I would have thought the auto top up should be at midnight. You might have to contact customer service to get this resolved or set the date a day earlier.

It usually turns over at midnight.
I'd call CS to see if there is something they can change to realign it for you.

And welcome to the forum.

We hsve had quite a few people not impressed with this service.

It's one of the reasons I personally opt to use my Banking App instead.
