@O2Georginaif this is some type of general issue, can you let us know what's causing it please? There are so many people complaining of the same thing, it has to be a system error??

Just to express concern here. Many people who are awaiting appointments for Covid injections have their appointment info sent via an OTP.
If this is an issue with O2, then it needs to be sorted asap.
