My bill says I've made an £80 call to Armenia. I can see online that fraudulent Armenian activity is not an unusual occurrence for O2 costumers. O2 customer service say I made that call and can not refund me. If I report it as fraud I could lose the use of my phone for up to a month! A supervisor/manager was supposed to call me and hasn't. Its £311 to leave O2 and Im seriously tempted.

It's been confirmed here by O2 that they are aware of the issue but cannot top it.

You may find the thread if you use the search function.

Try messaging O2 on social media for the refund.
