I have to check a bill from over 2 years ago to check adverse charges - is there any way to get a bill from November/Devember 2014? 

 

The online tool only lets me see January 2015...

Also bare in mind they charge you to get a historic phone bill of £10 as part of a DPA Access request.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
