Hi there,

I received the price increase email on 2 Feb notifying the £1.80 price increase to my sim only contract per month. I'm slightly outside the 30 day window specified in the email, but before being moved to the new contract terms on 9th March, and before the price increase in April.

Would appreciate any advice: where do I stand, and can I disagree to the new terms and leave without penalty? I am in contract until 1.9.25

Just to add to your fiscal pain, @Anonymous - "those on Smartwatch Plans and Data only will pay an extra £0.75p per month", on top of the £1.80 for the phone plan.

You will need to contact customer services on 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 and cancel the plan if it is tied to an apple watch that has a device plan you will need to pay off that at the same time.

So it goes...
