Hi, I’m trying to connect my Apple Watch series 8 to my O2 mobile data contract. I’ve tried un-pairing and removing from my apple account and trying again but keep getting error code 08 each time. Is there any advice on how it can be fixed?

Hi @LB_602 - if both watch and phone are at latest versions of software (iOS 16.3 and watch version 9 or so), and your Contract us paid by Direct Debit, then it is possible your watch e-sim details may need to be reset on O2's side, or even a new physical SIM needed for the phone itself. I tag @O2Ryan, the O2 Advisor in from 8am today, to help - keep a watch in your Private Messages here on the Forum for a request from them for more inf from you. Good luck!
