Apple Watch air time switch

Hi does anyone know the following, I had a apple
Watch on contract that a pay a air time for, said watch has been lost and I’ve already removed in from my phone. If I buy a new one will
O2 let me transfer my airtime to the new watch?. Of course I know I’ll Still have to pay the device too?

Yes this can be done, but you will need to go through the process via the app.

I would also make o2 aware that the device is lost.

You need to contact O2 to remove the old watch from your account.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
