An unexpectedly high bill !!

Anonymous

This is not the first time being billed with such a high bill. After the last payment which was on the 23rd of December I sent a message to find out the belance. I was surprised when I saw 109 after 12 days. It just can't be there is definitely something wrong going on!!

Has anyone went through this before?

That makes no sense. If almost all of the calls on the last bill were Fully Inclusive what has caused a bill of £304 as that implies about 700 plus minutes being charged for

I also think you are getting confused between billing dates and payment dates.

You mentioned the last payment 23rd of December, that would imply a biking period of 10th Nov to 9th Dec approx. So charges from 10th Dec to today perhaps £109?

we do not share a tarrif, but we have the same kind. with

£11.29 per month

O2 simplicity 300 12 month

The thing is I am paying for both tarrifs his and mine. I was billed for 8.35and his number 304 last month

and now charges since last bill for my number are £1.17 whereas his charges are £109

So you need to check the bill of your brother and see if he is getting his 300 minutes inclusive and if so he looks from what you are saying to be using over 700 minutes more than his allowance hence recommendation to change tariffs.

THE BILLING DATE IS ON THE 9th OF EVERY MONTH AND THE PAYMENT IS ON THE 23rd

It's getting on my nerves, I am going to O2 tomorrow.

Thanks for your help piperdog123.

You are very welcome. I would urge you to upgrade his tariff to the £19 option then that would solve the issue.
