Amount of my latest bill

Mobile No. [Removed]- I have just checked my monthly bill as I was billed an amount that was vastly in excess of what I usually pay.  It shows that £40.13 for messages.  I have never had to pay anything like this before and did not use my phone any differently to what I usually do. Only texts and whatsaps to friends and family as usual.  Can you please confirm what these charges were for?

You can find all the information on what the charges relate to in myo2 either via the app or https://mymobile.o2.co.uk 

 

If you cant find the information, then you will need to contact customer Services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone
