Hello,
I'm paying for a monthly SIM card that I would like to cancel. How do I go about this? I've tried to call but wait times are very long and I haven't managed to get through. It feels like O2 might be deliberately making it difficult to cancel this, so I hope you can reassure me by giving me a simple, quick and straight forward way to cancel the SIM card I no longer require.
