Hello,
First time poster asking for some guidance.
I'm setting up an Amazon Echo show for my elderly mother in order to keep in touch with her during the social distancing. In order to connect my mobile it says it's sending me an SMS with a onetime passcode (OTP) but it's not coming through. I've done it multiple times. Any ideas? Many thanks

@CCCBBACK You probably need to speak to Amazon customer support. Take a look at this link and scroll down to Contact Us. You can enter a phone number on the following page after logging in and they'll call you back. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201945430

How is your number stored on your Amazon account.
Mine is in the format +44 7*******
I can receive codes and tracing details from Amazon via sms OK.

Yes it is in the +44 format.
I'm currently chatting to Amazon help who don't seem to know what the problem is.
