I am trying to verify my phone number on my amazon account. I don’t
receive the text that is sent with the one time passcode. I have
contacted amazon but they were unable to help. I need this to open up
Alexa video calls. Thanks
I think you were correct about the blocked short numbers. I went through
them one by one ( there were only three). Asking for the OTP to be sent
each time and one must have been amazon! Thanks for the suggestion and
help.
