I paid £43 on the Alcatel-Lucent tablet and irs atill saying I have £44 left to pay I don't understand it

@How long have you had the tablet @Odennis ?

Did it need a sim for any airtime?

Otherwise you need to contact O2

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
