Hi, I have recently joined O2 from Three with a new phone. I got 2 emails today from my bank telling direct debits have been setup. I checked on online banking and two direct debits have been setup for Telefonica O2 Limited. Is this correct? Do they do a separate DD for airtime and device payment?

Yes two direct debits
As you summise, one for the device plan and one for the airtime
Together they add up to your agreed tariff
