Airtime bill

I have had this phone for about a year but due an upgrade In 2 years. I get a discount for working through the nhs, BLC. But I can’t see to add my discount code to my bill. How can I do this?

You would need to apply the discount to the plan within 28 days of purchase which is within O2 Open's employee perks terms and conditions.

Next time you upgrade, follow this link, and it will get applied.
