Hi. Can you please explain to me why am I charged for a period 03.05 - 07.05 if my SIM have been delivered and activated today (08.05.2024)?
Also - if I already provided PAC when ordered SIM feom o2, do I need to do something else?
I just need to know when my old number will be active.

You pay in advance and for a few days up to your regular bill date.
Also, the sim is activated when your order is processed, not when received.
