Address not updating

Hi 

i needed a proof of address so I thought I use o2 bills. When I clicked download bills my old address came up. 

I changed the billing address but on the bill its still the old address. And live chat not working either... any ideas?

Any address change will only take effect from your next billing date, all previous bills will have the old address.

When did you change the billing address?
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
