Additional charges to Number 000000000001234

Hi O2

My Daughter is the Account holder for the iPhone that I use, so you can't answer my question over the phone as I didn't pass the security check. As she pays the monthly bill, she does not like me incurring additional charges and I keep getting caught out with SMS messages. My current bill shows numerous charges of £0.416, a couple of numbers I recognise and accept but the majority are to 000000000001234, which I do not understand. Can you offer any advice?

Regards

Graham T. Horn

000000000001234 is the generic message centre number for texts converted to MMS and they are 35p + vat.

Turn off the subject line in message settings as it is converting to MMS messages when you add a subject.
