Hi. I have a single MyO2 account which hosts two Pay Monthly phone accounts. When I log into MyO2, I can see and manager both phone numbers. I have now just bought a Pay & Go SIM for my son and would like to add this phone number to my MyO2 account. Can this be done? It seems I can't even create a new MyO2 account as my email address has already been used for my Pay Monthly phones

A MYO2 account will be set up automatically for the Pay As You Go account.
Call Cust Services (4445 from Prepay phone) and ask for those details.
Then, when logged into your Pay Monthly account, click 'Link your account' to the right of this page, http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2, and insert the Pay As You Go details.

If memory serves me right set up a new account with a new email address and then you can link the two accounts together.
Hopefully one of my more established forum members will come in and confirm what I have said.

Thanks for the quick response. The problem is, I only have one email address. Surely I don't need to create another email account just to register a SIM card. Is there no other way?
