O2 Online Age Verification Tool?

Anonymous
Not applicable

The online verification tool seems to be broken, it keeps returning me with this error message "We are unable to process your request at the moment, please try again later, alternatively dial the Shortcode 61018, or go to any O2 store". I don't have the time to go to an online store and I don't have a credit card to use, only a debt card. How can I remove the bar from my account then? And also it's embarrassing to ask for this at an O2 store if you know what I mean tongue

You could try calling CS 202 if on contract or 4445 if PAYG and put a paper bag on your head wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

MI5 is right, just give Customer Services a call.

It isn't embarrassing at all - the bar is on many websites that aren't... adult.
