Adding A Phone To My Account

Asking in desperation, as I'm trying to upgrade, and O2 chat is down / customer support not open.

 

I have an existing account, which has my daughter's phone on it. I want to add my own number to my O2 account (I was with O2, until recently).

 

I have gone on and added everything to my basket, but, when I came to checkout, it asked if I was an existing customer, which I said I was. I logged in, and entered all details. I requested a new number, and have entered the PAC code, but I'm a bit concerned that it might bring this new number over from EE, with the new device I'm ordering, and cancel my daughter's number.

 

Is there a way to ensure my new phone and transported number are added to my account, rather than replacing my daughter's details? Always done this in store, before, so never had any issues.

I think you need to call O2 asap.
