How can I get my full call history from o2? I am a Pay monthly customer

Is this a total call history for how many years? O2 only keep records for 5 years as I understand?

If you are on contract, you can view the details in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

which will show the last two years of outgoing calls Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
