I'm getting people call me to say they've had a missed call from me also being charged for sms I have not sent.

if I cannot get any answers I will be stopping my D/D to yo you.

i think your service is absalutly disgracefull that we cannot speak with someone 

there is someone there taking my money !!!!

Think you need to realise this is not o2 customer services this is a public forum and no-one here has access to your account.

As MI5 says above you need to call o2 customer service for your billing query.
