Hi,
I've just purchased a new phone on contract for my elderly parents who are social distancing at the moment. I wasn't given the option to put a spend cap when I bought the phone.
How do I add a spend cap at the moment?
Live chat isn't available and calling 202 doesn't seem to allow me to do this.
The last time I gave my parents a phone, they got confused and used the wrong phone to call Australia, giving me a £120 bill.
How do I add a spend cap at the moment?
Many thanks in advance!

Hi,
Thanks for your help.
I've already called customer services. When I mention I want to add a spend cap, it tells me "to report an urgent issue, like fraud or a stolen phone, press one, otherwise use My 02" then the phone disconnects.
Does that mean I have to select the urgent issue option?
The website states:
Please support our reduced team by only calling in the most urgent circumstances, like reporting fraud or a stolen phone. For everything else, please try to find answers on our website or through My O2.
Thanks again
