Solved: Add phone to account

I want to change my BT mobile to O2.

I have an O2 account with another mobile. How do I add it to my existing account. I rang sales and they said they couldn’t offer me the same tariff via them but I would get it by adding online . I can’t find where I add it to my account

Just select the sim only offer you want from here and choose to add a new number when processing the order.
