I’m an existing o2 customer. I’ve just changed my pay monthly tarif and inserted my new sim. It’s not working. Please can we activate it and I want to keep my same old o2 number.

No one on here can activate your sim, if you can dont it via this guide Guide: How to set up a SIM pin on O2 then you will need to contact o2
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
