Activate extras (Disney Plus)

I've just upgraded my tariff and have added the 6 month Disney+ extra.  I followed the link in the email to activate it.  While in my account in Disney it says o2 under the subscription.  When I'm signed into myO2 under extras it still says I have to activate it however when I click the link it tells me the code has already been used.  Does anyone know how to find out if it's gone through?  I thought about just letting the 28 days run through or whatever but don't want to miss out on the extra if it hasn't been activated proplerly?

It will keep reminding you to activate it for 28 days,, but don't worry as you're all set up OK.
