Hi, I’ve upgraded my phone to an iPhone 12pro & have inserted my new sim but can’t seem to get any service? I’ve turned it on/off & it still can’t seem to connect to O2, how can I solve this?

Use your old sim or do a sim swap to use the new 5g sim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Does your old sim fit? If so use that. If you want to keep your number then you need to do a sim swap
