Account wrongly setup

Account  was wrongly  setup  without  my consent  already on 2 EE contracts why am I going  to  have a 3rd one rolling so charging £4115.77 when sim card direct  debit  cancelled  and  it's in its original  envelope  just want to leave not paying  for a service  I didn't  want or nor using .
