i received an email that I have a bill payment due of £0.66 however I closed my account in June 2023. This must have been sent in error. You do not have authority to take any money out of my account

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302

O2 have been known to enter defaults on credit files for trifling amounts
Call them and make the payment before they trash your credit file
