We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help. Or call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)
4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

They have a legal duty to keep some information for 7 years, so some information can remain visible for that length of time.
You do have a right to be forgotten but that needs to go through the proper process and not just a post on a customer forum
This page has all the information you need https://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-yo...

I find it strange that you can still log on to your account
O2's normal practice is to make My O2 unavailable as soon as a contract is terminated
But let's be honest, all sorts of organisations keep our personal data without our specific knowledge
