I've just upgraded to a new phone yesterday and it came with phone insurance which I really want to get rid of.
So, I rand customer services to say that I wanted to get rid of the phone insurance and they asked me for my user name and password.
I have no idea what my password was.
What shall I do?
How do I get rid of the insurance when I don't know my 'account password'?
