Hi all,
I have moved abroad to Canada and arranged for my account to be disconnected in June. I have since learnt the disconnection did not go through, and I have been charged 3 months of pay as you go. Because I am abroad, I cannot call customer service without this costing a wild amount of money.
I have emailed the complaints resolution email to help but there is no response. I am unable to speak to a customer service representative because I cannot download the O2 app in Canada.
I’m finding this super stressful, how can I get in touch with O2? I’m being charged for an account that should have been cancelled months ago.
Please advise. Thanks so much

Pay as you go comes with no commitments, @SarahHochfield9 - your SIM will just not work when any credit you had in it has been used up. Good luck!

Sounds like you need to cancel your auto top up.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
